With more than 20 years of community management experience, our firm has developed accounting systems and financial reports that lead to concise, understandable financial statements. We provide accrual financial reports, and we pride ourselves on accurate, timely statements. Our firm is fully computerized, and takes a professional yet aggressive approach on collecting past-due accounts, accurate payments to vendors, and assisting with the sound investment of replacement reserve funds. We look to provide long-term financial planning to associations, assisting them in projecting major capital projects and necessary funding.

  • Approve and process accounts payable on a weekly basis in accordance with Board of Directors' policy.
  • Provide assessment coupon booklets or electronic direct debit system.
  • Send delinquency notices and make all necessary efforts to collect past-due accounts from owners, as described by governing documents and Board of Directors' policies.
  • Work closely with the association's CPA and attorney on financial matters.
  • Collect all assessments and make daily deposits of general, special and other assessments.
  • Maintain individual association account records and post payments on a daily basis.
  • Respond to inquiries regarding account status, fees and related financial matters.
  • Establish and maintain checking and reserve bank accounts, as well as investment portfolios for the association.
  • Ensure that all reserves and investment programs are properly administered and monitored.
  • Produce financial reports on an accrual basis, designed to be easily read and understood by those not generally accustomed to working with such reports.
  • Assist in preparing an annual budget for operations, including a review of the reserve-funding schedule.
  • Assist CPA in their performance of the annual audit and preparation of tax forms.
  • Process payroll and assist in administering personnel benefits.
