- Provide regular inspections of the property and make recommendations to the Board as to necessary improvements.
- Work with Board of Directors and committees to ensure contractor performance compliance.
- Solicit, analyze, and negotiate bids for service and repair contracts for the buildings and grounds.
- Recommend efficiency measures for daily operations.
- Establish preventative maintenance programs for buildings and equipment.
- Provide 24-hour emergency call service (if appropriate).
