We Can Make a Difference
Partner with us and make a change for the better
At Armstrong Management Services, we have the experience, the people, the ideas, and the technology to help you better manage your community. We understand that each and every community is unique and faces differing issues and priorities; with our range of services and our depth of expertise we can fashion a program and a team to fit your particular needs. As partners, you will set the vision for your community and Armstrong Management Services will help you realize that outcome.
We believe, however, that different type communities face very different key management issues. We provide services to your community in order to make a noticeable difference to you and your residents based on your community type:
- Associations with Onsite Staff. These properties include all garden-style, mid-rise and high-rise condominiums and homeowner associations that have onsite staff.
- Large Scale Communities. These are associations that are comprised of more than a 1,000 homes – regardless of the type or mix of housing — and which also have onsite staff.
- Associations without Onsite Staff. These are residential communities without onsite staff.
While the above community types set out our initial approach to managing your style community, we also think it is important to highlight in more depth some of the other special tools and support that Armstrong Management Services can provide you and your residents. These additional services and technology can enhance the quality of life for the Board and homeowners, can produce cost-savings for your association, and set us apart from others in the industry.
Based on our experience, track record, and willingness to innovate solutions to association issues, we believe that Armstrong Management Services is the partner you need over the long-term to develop and enhance your community as well as to protect your homeowners’ real estate investments.
So, why not talk with us today and begin to make that change for the better?
